Sue was born July 12, 1946 in Bellaire, Ohio, the daughter of the Late Robert and Katherine (Nee Kehr) Milliken. She was a 1964 graduate of Bellaire High School.
Sue was devoted to her family. She took particular pride in keeping everyone happy and well-fed. She loved crocheting afghans; often donating them to Ashland’s Hospice of North Central Ohio, and Sheriff’s Department, baking cookies, and playing euchre and bingo with her friends.
Sue was deeply loving, and deeply loved. She never met a stranger, and Sue did not have a superficial or judgmental bone in her body. If she met you, she cared about you. She was generous and kind. She loved to find and make gifts for her friends. She loved to say “I love you”, and to hear it back.
Sue is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 54 years, Anthony Vinskovich, to whom she was married November 28, 1964; children Heather Phillipson, Chad (Suzanne) Vinskovich, and Diane (Jeffrey) Bonfiglio. Grandchildren Riley, Bentley, Joshua, and Addison; sister Betty Lou Bertrand, and many close, dearly-loved friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters; Joyce West, Janet Bagely, and Sandra Ramsey.
At Sue’s request, there will be no visitation or formal service at this time. A Celebration of Life is being planned for late October. Arrangements are being handled by Denbow-Gasche Funeral Home and Crematory. Online condolences can be shared by visiting the funeral home’s website at denbowfh.com.
