Carol Ann (Norris) Moherman, 85, of Ashland, passed away Sunday morning, October 8, 2017 at Kingston of Ashland.
Carol was born in Ashland on November 17, 1931 and was the daughter of Max P. and Sara J. (Bower) Norris. She had been a resident of Ashland her entire life.
She had worked as a secretary at Ashland College for over 22 years.
She was a member of Park Street Brethren Church, the Christian Heirs Adult Bible Fellowship, Women’s Bible Study, had sang in the church choir, helped with funeral meals, and was a Prayer Warrior, using her phone to call members to pray for those that need help during difficult times.
Carol had a true love for the Lord, love for her family and friends and enjoyed music and singing.
She was married to Robert L. Moherman in 1967 and they enjoyed 43 years together before he passed away in November of 2010.
Carol is survived by her two children, Sherry (Richard) Bryant of Ashland and Steven (Angela) Sears of New Mexico; sisters-in-law, Marilyn Norris of Sacramento, CA; Jane H. Norris of Keystone Hts., FL; and Sandy Moherman of Ashland; a brother-in-law, Clovis Stitzlein of Loudonville: several nieces and nephews and many beloved friends who she considered her “God Family” because she knew he had put them in her life.
